DURBAL Standard Female Rod Ends with Pressed Spherical-Plain Bearing: Threaded female rod end consisting of a galvanised, forged, heat-treated steel housing with a heat-treated steel single split outer ring, bonded with PTFE - fabric and a steel-hard chromium-plated joint ball bearing. The outer ring has 2RS lip seals on both sides. Suitable for use with unilaterally acting loads. Made of forged and heat-treated steel, which protects against corrosion by galvanisation. Sliding combination: heat-treated steel with bonded PTFE - fabric. Joint ball of ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, polished and with hard-chrome plated running surface, giving effective protection against corrosion. Temperature range: -40 deg C to +120 deg C.
Benefits: 2RS lip seals on both sides prevent the penetration of coarse dirt particles inside the bearing.
