IGUS igubal® KBRM - MH series right hand female thread rod end bearings: These maintenance free plastic rod ends are a dry operation solution with a high stiffening and very high fatigue strength in varying loads. They compensate for misalignment errors and edge loads and are insensitive to dirt, dust and lint and have high dampening qualities. They are resistant to corrosion and chemicals. The MH version has a stainless steel sleeve inserted through the spherical ball for enhanced torque and prevents over tightening of the bolt through the ball. Operating Temperature Range: -30 Deg C to + 80 Deg C long term - short term up to +120 Deg C Materials: Ball material iglidur® W300, Housing: igumid G Uses: They are suitable for rotary, oscillating and linear movements and are light weight. Tolerances: They are manufactured in accordance to DIN ISO 12240 Benefits: Corrosion and chemical resistant, lightweight, stiff, dry operation, maintenance free, stainless steel sleeve increase torque and prevents crushing of the ball |
